Just 9 days until Easter. Yes, 9! In my mind Easter means full on spring and we have just been getting glimpses of spring here in McMinnville. But, amid the rain Poseyland is ready for Easter!
When I was little I always begged my mom for one of those pre-made Easter baskets at the grocery store. I never got one. Year after year, my mom made us the most amazing baskets filled will exactly what we loved. And now looking back the novelty of those "grocery store baskets" has worn off. What a great gift Mom gave us, not just candy and gifts but more importantly the attention that she knew what we liked, she knew us and wanted to give us something that was personal.
So this year let's all make a deal to boycott those "grocery store Easter baskets".
